Strength: Thruster (from the rack)
3 sets of:
3-2-1
*This is a Thruster Wave.  Complete 3 Thrusters, then 2 Thrusters, then 1 Thruster.  Goals is to increase weight for the 3-2-1, then cycle back through those weights or slightly higher each time.

Metcon: (For time)
30 GHD Sit ups or 50 Abmat Sit ups
then,
3 Rounds of:
15 Lateral Barbell Burpees
9 Deadlifts (155/105) (Rx+ 185/125)
6 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
3 Push Jerks (155/105)
then,
30 GHD Sit ups or 50 Abmat Sit ups
