REMINDER:
This is the last weekend of the CrossFit Open Heats. Same as the past four weekends, Open Heats will start at 5:30pm tonight. Please sign up at the gym for your heat time.
Saturday we will have the 8:00am CrossFit Class, 9:00am KidsFit and Oly Lifting, and the Open Heats at 10:00am. For anyone wanting to stick around after the Open and do the class workout, you are more than welcome.

Strength: Split Snatch
A. 5 minutes
Work on Technique of Split Snatch
B. 6 minutes
Work to Heavy, but comfortable Split Snatch
C. 7 minutes
EMOM of: 3 Split Snatch @ 70-75% of weight from part B.
