REMINDER:
There is ONLY the 8:00am CrossFit Class Saturday morning.
We will start the second week of the CrossFit Team Series Events at 10:00am.  Please try to arrive early so you can warm up and be ready to go at 10:00am.

Strength:
A. Overhead Squat
5-5-5

B. Snatch Balance
3-3-3

C. Hang Squat Snatch
1-1-1

Gymnastics/WOD:
10-8-6-4-2 reps for QUALITY of:
Strict Pull ups
Strict Handstand Push ups
*Complete 10 Box Jumps (24″/20″) after each round.
