A. Snatch Technique Work
Every 1:30 x 5 sets:
1 Snatch Push Press
1 Snatch Balance
1 Overhead Squat
*Complete as a complex, building in weight over the 5 sets.
Work on technique here to get ready for Part B.

B. Squat Snatch
5 x 1
*Build to a Moderate to Heavy Single in 5 reps.

1000m Run
then,
15 Power Snatches (115/80)
10 Power Snatches (135/95)
5 Power Snatches (155/105)
