EQUIPMENT VERSION

Strength:
EMOM x 10 minutes
Odd: 12 Banded Kettlebell Swings
Even: 12 Banded Good Mornings
*Focus on staying engaged on both movements.  Don’t let the band control you.  Really focus on using your hips on the Swings and stretch those hamstrings on the Good Mornings.

Metcon: (For time)
10 to 1 reps of:
Devil Presses (Dumbbell or Kettlebell)
*Complete a 200ft Overhead Single Arm Carry after each set of Devil Presses.  Switch arms at 100ft.
**If you have a set of Dumbbells complete the Devil Presses normal, but if you have only 1 DB or KB, complete Alternating Single Arm Devil Presses.


NO EQUIPMENT VERSION

Strength:
EMOM x 10 minutes
Odd: 12 Glute Bridges
Even: 15 PVC or Broomstick Good Mornings
*Focus on squeezing those Glutes on the Bridges and stretching the Hamstrings on the Good Mornings.

Metcon: (For time)
10 to 1 of:
Devil Presses (Odd Object)
*Complete a 200ft Overhead Carry after each set of Devil Presses.
**For the Devil Presses with the Odd Object, complete as a Ground to Overhead movement.
