Strength: Push Press (Week #4)
4 sets of:
6 Reps @ 102%
Rest 2:00 between sets.
This is the fourth and final week of our Push Press Cycle.  The 102% is taken off of the 10-Rep Max completed on January 24, 2020.  If you cannot complete your sets at the 102%, try to increase at least some weight from last week.  We will be retesting our 10-Rep in two weeks.

Metcon: (For time)
:30 ON/:30 OFF
50 Thrusters (95/65)
50 Calorie Bike
*Complete in any order and rep scheme.
Athletes will work for :30 then rest for :30 until you have completed 50 reps of each exercise. You can complete the exercises in any order and rep scheme as you like, but the workout is not complete until you have finished 50 reps of both.
