For those volunteering this weekend for the CrossFit for Dreams Fundraiser, we need you to be at the gym tonight around 5:30/6:00pm.  We will start setting up and delegating duties.

Strength:
A. Bench Press
5 @ 40%
5 @ 50%
5 @ 60%

B. Sled Pulls
5 sets of:
50ft Sled Pull + 50ft Sled Push (135lb/100lb)

Metcon:
8 minute AMRAP (Ladder by 2’s)
Clean & Jerk (145lb/105lb)
Bar Facing Burpees
