Handstand Push ups (Rx+ Alternate sets of Kipping & Strict)
*Complete 30 Double Unders after each set.
*Scale = Seated Dumbbell Press or Box HSPU

Strength: Squat Clean
A. In 12-minutes:
Establish Heavy Squat Clean

B. Barbell Cycling
Complete 10 Reps at 75-80% of Clean from Part A
*Reps do not have to be Touch & Go.
