20ft Handstand Walk (1 Wall Walk)
8 Squat Cleans @ 68%
40ft Handstand Walk (3 Wall Walks)
6 Squat Cleans @ 75%
60ft Handstand Walk (5 Wall Walks)
4 Squat Cleans @ 83%
80ft Handstand Walk (7 Wall Walks)
2 Squat Cleans @ 90%
100ft Handstand Walk (9 Wall Walks)
*Scale for Handstand Walks = 1-3-5-7-9 Wall Walks.
*This will be the majority of Class. A 30-minute time limit will be given. Work through this at a steady pace, NOT FOR TIME, and FOCUS on hitting those HEAVY Cleans!
