Odd: 1 Front Squat
Even: 3 Back Squats
*Use 85% of Front Squat for both movements.

Metcon:
7 minute AMRAP
3 Deadlifts (135/95)
3 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
3 Push Jerks (135/95)
6 Deadlifts
6 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerks
9 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
9 Push Jerks
…and so on, continuing to add 3 Reps to each movement each additional round.
