HOW DO I GET STARTED
If you are NEW to the CrossFit Community, you are required to complete our CrossFit On-Ramp Program. The On-Ramp Program is essential to teach the safety and effectiveness of CrossFit, along with teaching the Fundamental Movements. These classes are designed to prepare you to start CrossFit Training.
There are two options to complete the On-Ramp Program.
Option #1:
CrossFit On-Ramp Classes – $100
All New Athletes will need to complete the CrossFit On-Ramp Classes. The GOAL of the On-Ramp Classes is to gradually introduce the athlete to CrossFit and to teach the fundamentals throughout these Classes. Athletes will be in the regular CrossFit Classes with a Coach, and workouts will be modified or scaled based on the athlete’s athletic ability.
The athlete’s focus will be on learning the proper progressions of movements, along with technique, rather than speed, time or weight.
We recommend completing 8-10 On-Ramp Classes within a 30-day time frame to help familiarize yourself with the CrossFit Program. When starting out, it is best to try and attend 2-3 Classes per week. As the athlete progresses, more classes can be added in.
The On-Ramp Schedule is as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 6:30pm
Friday: 5:30pm
If the athlete is unable to attend the On-Ramp Classes at the above offered times, see Option #2 below.
Option #2:
CrossFit On-Ramp 1 on 1 – $135
The CrossFit On-Ramp 1 on 1 is the same as the On-Ramp Classes except you will be 1 on 1 with a trainer and at a schedule of your choosing. Athletes will need to schedule and attend 3-4 private 90-minute CrossFit On-Ramp Classes with a CrossFit Coach. Classes will teach the Fundamental Movements of the CrossFit program, along with the methodology, safety, efficiency, and mechanics of those movements.
Upon completion of the 3-4 private sessions, athlete will need to sign up for a program.
