2 Toes-to-Bar
2 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
4 Push Press
4 Toes-to-Bar
4 Box Jump Overs
6 Push Press
6 Toes-to-Bar
6 Box Jump Overs
…8-8-8, 10-10-10, and so on, adding 2 reps to each exercise.
*The 4th Wednesday of the Month, we will be doing a REPEAT WOD from three months ago to compare our scores and to see how we’ve progressed as athletes.
