In celebration of the Coffman Wedding last night, here is a fun partner wedding WOD.

Partner WOD
In teams of 2, complete the following:
For time: (30 min cap)
Get down on one knee: 100 Lunge Jumps (R+L = 1)
Present the Ring: 100 Ring Rows
Go to the Wedding: 1.5 mile Bike
Hear the Wedding Bells: 100 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Toss the bouquet: 50 Partner Wallballs (20/14)
Get Down and Party: 50 Burpees
Clean up after the Party: 50 Power Cleans (115/75)
Catch the plane for the Honeymoon: 1500m Row (switch every 250m)
*Partners can partition reps as needed, except the Partner Wall Balls in which the ball is passed back and forth from the target.
