Partner/Team WOD
Teams of 2-3 complete the following for time:
100 Air Squats
75 Push ups
50 Toes-to-Rings
25 Burpees
100 Wall Balls (20/14)
75 Hand-Release Push ups
50 Toes-to-Bar
25 Burpees to 6″
100 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14)
75 Ring Push ups
50 Knees-to-Elbows
25 Synchronized Burpees
*Partition reps as needed.  Only one athlete working at a time except on the synchronized burpees in which both athletes will work together.
