Teams of 2 complete the following:
20 minute AMRAP
10/8 Calorie Row
1 Rope Climb (15′)
5 Bench Press (185/125)
*Partner must complete a FULL Round before tagging their partner, who will then complete a FULL Round as well.
The Non-Working Partner will complete a Deadlift Hold w/ Axle Bar (110/70) while other Partner is working through a round.

Rest 3:00

6 minute AMRAP
25 Double Unders, 3 Pull ups
25 Double Unders, 6 Pull ups
25 Double Unders, 9 Pull ups
…and so on.
*Partner 1 starts and completes 1 Full Round.  Partner 2 Completes that same round and then both partners move onto the next round.
