*This is the 3rd and Final attempt at this. Try and beat your last one.

Metcon: “Zombie Chase”
Living start at 0:00 and Zombies start at 3:00 and try to catch the living.
400m Run
20 Box Jumps Overs (24″/20″)
40 Wall Balls (20/14)
60 Abmat Sit ups
40 Ring Push ups
20 Pull ups
400m Run
*If you are a Zombie you must catch at least one person. If you fail to do so you do a 25 Burpee penalty. If you are alive and you get caught you do 25 Burpees.  You do not have to complete the Burpee penalty if you are living and do not get caught or you are a zombie and catch someone.
