*Athlete can choose to Run or Row
**Scale = 12-10-8-6 Strict Pull ups

Midline:
3 x 25 Unbroken GHD Sit ups
*If unable to complete 25 Unbroken, shoot for your biggest set Unbroken.  Rest as need between sets.
Scale = 3 x 25 Weighted Abmats (weight is above chest at start and finishes above head at top)
