Strength: Squat Cleans
3 sets of:
3 Squat Cleans @ 70%
2 Squat Cleans @ 80%
1 Squat Clean @ 90%
*Complete the 3-2-1 at the above %’s, then start back over at 3 for sets #2 and 3.  These Do Not have to be Touch and Go. You can drop and reset.  Rest as needed between the sets.

Metcon: 
15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Power Snatch (115/75)
Bar Over Burpees
