Southern Columbus CrossFit and TrueFIT Athletics are teaming up again for an Interbox Throwdown!!!
On Saturday September 11th, 4 person teams made up of 2 SCCF athletes and 2 TFA athletes will battle it out across 3-4 WOD’s all for fun, comaradarie, and grilled meats!
