50 Wall Balls (20/14)
400m Run
20 Synchronized Burpee Pull ups
40 Wall Balls
400m Run
15 Synchronized Burpee Pull ups
30 Wall Balls
400m Run
10 Synchronized Burpee Pull ups
20 Wall Balls
400m Run
*Partners must be synchronized on the Burpee Pull ups, but can partition the Wall Balls and Run as needed.
