REMINDER:
Today’s WOD is a Diaper WOD for one of our members, Kelly Trickle.  We are asking for your help in supporting her by bringing a package of diapers or wipes to help her and her husband welcome their NEW BABY GIRL into their family.

“Filthy Fifty” Prego Style
Partners will alternate every :30 of working/resting to complete:
2 Rounds of:
50 Med Ball Box Overs (20/14 @ 24″/20″)
50 Pull ups*
50 Kettlebell Swings* (53/35)
50 Med Ball Overhead Walking Lunges (20/14)
50 Knees-to-Elbow*
50 Push Press* (45/35)
50 Med Ball Sit ups (20/14)
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
50 Burpees*
50 Double Unders*
*For the exercises that do not involve the Medicine Ball, the non-working partner must hold the Medicine Ball.  A 5 Burpee Penalty per person will be assessed every time the ball touches the floor – DON”T DROP YOUR BABY!!!
