Strength: Squat Stamina (Week #2)
Every 2:00 x 7 sets:
1 Front Squat
3 Back Squats
*Increase weight from last week – add anywhere from 5-20#.

This is the second week of the Squat Stamina Cycle.  The goal this week is to increase weight from last week.  A suggested weight is anywhere from 5-20#.  Each week we will be adding to the previous week.  Be sure to record your weights and numbers so you have this information each week.

Metcon: 
3 Rounds of:
1:00 Box Jump Overs (24″/20″)
1:00 Muscle ups
1:00 Assault Bike or Rower
1:00 Rest
