EQUIPMENT VERSION

Strength: Clean Complex
Every 2:00 x 5 sets:
Power Clean
Hang Squat Clean
Push Press
Push Jerk
*Build to a Heavy Complex over the 5 sets.  Complete all exercises without putting the bar down.  If using a Dumbbell, complete 2 reps of each exercise – All Right side first, then All Left side.

Meton: (For time)
50 Weighted Sit ups
25 Squat Snatches (115/80)
*If using a Dumbbell, complete 40 Single Arm Alternating Dumbbell Squat Snatches.

Rest 5:00

50 Weighted Sit ups
25 Squat Clean Thrusters (115/80)
*If using a Dumbbell, complete 40 Single Arm Alternating Dumbbell Squat Clean Thrusters.
