EQUIPMENT VERSION

Strength: Squat Conditioning
4 sets of:
:30 Weighted Squats*
:10 Squat Hold
:30 Air Squats
:10 Squat Hold
Rest 2:00 between sets.
*For the Weighted Squats, you can use a Barbell with Weight, Dumbbell(s), Kettlebell(s) or other Weighted Object.  The Weight is your choice, but make it challenging.

Metcon:
3 Rounds for time of:
30 Double Unders
300m Weighted Run*
30 Double Unders
20 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings
30 Double Unders
10 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Facing Burpees
*For the Weighted Run, carry your Kettlebell, Dumbbell, or other Weighted Object.


NO EQUIPMENT VERSION

Strength: Squat Conditioning

20 Odd Object Ground to Overhead

10 Odd Object Facing Burpees
