2 Power Snatches (135/95)
3 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
4 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
5 Deadlifts (135/95)
6 Burpees
7 Toes-to-Bar
8 Pull ups
9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
10 Wall Balls (20/14)
11 Handstand Push ups
12oz of Beer or 12 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

Workout Example:
R1: = 1 Muscle up
R2: = 2 Power Snatches + 1 Muscle up
R3: = 3 Shoulder to Overhead + 2 Power Snatches + 1 Muscle up
…And so on like the song.
