“Friday Fun Day”
Complete as 5 Giant Sets:
10-8-6-4-2 of:
Bench Press (Progressive loading)
*Complete 20 Banded Pull Aparts after each set.
AND
10-8-6-4-2 of:
Deadlifts (Progressive loading)
*Complete 25 Abmat Sit ups or 15 GHD Sit ups after each set.

This is NOT a For Time workout, but move with purpose.  The Round 1 would be 10 Bench Press + 25 Pull Aparts + 10 Deadlifts + 15 GHD Sit ups.  Round 2 would be 8-25-8-15 and so on.
