Strength: Overhead Squat
5-4-3-1-1-1
*Start around 65-70% and build in weight.
Begin a new set every 2:00.

Metcon: 
3-6-9-12-15-18-21 reps of:
Strict Handstand Push ups
*Complete 25ft of Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunges (50/35 x 2)
after each set of SHSPU.
