Today we HONOR and REMEMBER all of those that lost their lives and/or sacrificed their lives in the attacks on the twin towers in New York City on September 11, 2001. We will never forget what happened on that day 18 years ago.
Please wear your RED, WHITE and/or BLUE to HONOR the United States of America on this 9/11 Anniversary.

then,
4 Rounds of:
9 Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Overs (24″/20″)
11 Power Clean & Jerks (155/105)
then,
2977m Bike (1.8 mi)
*One athlete works at a time.  Partition reps as needed.
