In teams of 2 complete:
10 x 200m Run (each partner does 5)
75 Dumbbell Hang Power Snatches (50/35)
50 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
75 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerk (50/35)
2 mile Bike (switch every 0.5 mi)
*Partners must alternate the runs and can partition the reps as needed. Partners must alternate on the bike every 0.5 mi.
