Team WOD
In teams of 3 complete the following:
400m Team Run (together)
50 Deadlifts + 50 Front Squats + 50 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
400m Team Run (together)
40 Deadlifts + 40 Front Squats + 40 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
400m Team Run (together)
30 Deadlifts + 30 Front Squats + 30 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)
400m Team Run (together)
20 Deadlifts + 20 Front Squats + 20 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105)
*Athletes must run together as a run, but can partition the Deadlifts, Front Squats, and Shoulder to Overhead as needed between the team members.
