Southern Columbus CrossFit has transitioned to SugarWOD!

 

To view the WOD’s on the website, you must be logged in using the same account information you use for class registration. The WOD page has a link to SugarWOD to view the workout and class results.

 

 

To view the WOD’s on the app you must have Southern Columbus CrossFit selected as your primary gym. Current Active Members should contact the gym to receive the access code required to connect. Non-Members who wish to follow SCCF workouts should contact the gym to discuss Programming ONLY Membership options.

WORLD CLASS COACHING

Our credentialed expert coaches have over 20 years of CrossFit coaching and training experience and are committed to helping you achieve your fitness, wellness and overall health goals. Our certifications include CrossFit 1&2, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Scaling and Judging. We are also CPR/AED Certified, and Coach/Owner Kyle Hanigosky is an ISSA Personal Trainer. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. Once you learn the CrossFit program Foundational Movements, CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal from improved health to weight loss to better performance.  We teach the methodology, safety, efficiency, and mechanics of these movements and can adapt any workout to your level of fitness.

Don’t worry, you do not have to jump into the regular CrossFit classes and pretend to be Superman. Our members come from and are at all levels of fitness. EVERY movement is scaleable to a level that will be safe for you as well as challenging.

You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.

We define fitness as increased work capacity across all domains, and our CrossFit program achieves this by provoking neurologic and hormonal adaptations across all metabolic pathways.

If you train hard, you’ll not only be hard . . . you’ll be hard to beat.

CrossFit is defined as Constantly Varied Functional Movements executed at High Intensity. CrossFit delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. The specialty of CrossFit is not specializing. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
