To view the WOD’s on the website, you must be logged in using the same account information you use for class registration. The WOD page has a link to SugarWOD to view the workout and class results.
To view the WOD’s on the app you must have Southern Columbus CrossFit selected as your primary gym. Current Active Members should contact the gym to receive the access code required to connect. Non-Members who wish to follow SCCF workouts should contact the gym to discuss Programming ONLY Membership options.

Every member improves at their own pace. Don’t worry about other members judging you for not being at a particular level. Every single member has been exactly where you are. We do not judge, only encourage. You will find the culture at Southern Columbus CrossFit is highly supportive and motivating. You will feel comfortable and at home while working harder and seeing more results than you have ever seen before.
Don’t worry, you do not have to jump into the regular CrossFit classes and pretend to be Superman. Our members come from and are at all levels of fitness. EVERY movement is scaleable to a level that will be safe for you as well as challenging.
